In fact, too big of an HVAC system can cause unwanted issues such as too much moisture in the air, mold, increased electricity bills, and inconsistency in your heating/cooling cycles. Our service professionals base their recommendation for unit size on the square footage of your home.

Preventative maintenance is always something that we recommend, as it not only will extend the life of your unit, but it is the best way to make sure that your unit is ready when the time comes to switch your AC to Heating and vice versa. Customers may choose to have their units serviced once or twice a year- depending on the extent to which the unit is used, and the exposure to elements such as fire ants, grass clippings, mud, etc.

Age or damage is typically a reason to purchase a new system. We will discuss with you your options when servicing your existing unit if and when the cost of repair is no longer worth the investment.
